My Divorce Practice

I handle all matters related to divorce or family law, including:

• Child custody and visitation. I will work with you to establish arrangements that meet the needs of your children while protecting your rights as a parent.
• Child support. I will help you ensure that Florida's child support guidelines are properly administered and that all appropriate income is considered.
• Spousal support or alimony. I will help you determine whether alimony is appropriate and, if so, the amount and duration of payments.
• Equitable distribution. I will work with you to secure an agreement regarding the division of property acquired before as well as during the marriage, including homes, investments, retirement plans and business assets.
• Post-judgment requests for enforcement or modification. If the terms of your decree are not being met or if your circumstances change, I will help you seek the necessary relief.
